Conditions To Return Products
One of the following conditions must be applied when you are willing to return us the product.
Damaged Or Broken Product
we always make it our best to pack and end the products to you in best possible conditions, but sometimes due the weather conditions or lack of service by courier companies things can be leaked, broken or damaged due to the delicate nature of the products.
If your desired product was received in a broken condition, or damaged condition, you can return us the product and claim your money back. for this you will also have to submit us a proof that is reasonable enough to be believed within 4 hours of receiving your parcel. We will refund that in store credit, give you store discount coupon or Return the cash through Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer depending on the nature of product category and sale season complications.
What Is Store Credit?
Store credit is money stored in online form, so you can purchase another item with that. You are liable to purchase a new product without any further deductions.
Incorrect Product Received
If you got incorrect product from us, regarding product type, color or even size you can exchange that with the same kind of product to get the one you ordered in the first place. The item should be must unworn/unused , undamaged in order to return. If such happens you must contact us within 8 hours of period when you received your parcel.
Can I Return The Product If I Don’t Like It?
Yes, sure you can, but the following conditions apply:
- If the product you ordered was delivered same to you in sale, then you aren’t able to return that and claim money, instead you can ask for exchange with any other product.
- You must use the original chats and slips of purchase
- you must report us that you want to claim money or want an exchange within the period of 8 hours from when your order was delivered to you.
- You are only allowed to exchange product or claim money if the product is not used by you, not even swathed or the original packing is not broken.
- if the product delivered to you same as you ordered, and still you want to change that or claim cash, then we will pick it from your place and upon after checking its condition your money will be transferred or you can buy something else. in such case, you will be paying the shipping charges. this whole process can take 7-15 days.
If the product we received is in broken, damaged or used condition then we won’t proceed the exchange or money claiming.
